Dr. Henderson - Dean

Ambreen Nadeem
Ms. Ambreen Nadeem is a Candidate within the Doctor of Applied Neuroscience in Leadership. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Karachi as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with concentrations in Psychology and English from PECHS Government College for Women, Karachi. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Management from the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT), New Zealand.
Professionally, she holds the position of Freelance Market Research Analyst at Euromonitor in London, UK. Previous to this she held the position of Manager of Consumer Market Insights at Unilever in Pakistan. She is the Co-founder of Impact Activators a platform designed to empower changemakers and amplify their impact in creating a better world. She is a founding member of The Octopus Movement, Co-Founder of the Save Lives Project, and founder of Psychology Talks. She is the author of the book The Algorithm of Life.
She has received several awards including: Top 100 Global Thought Leaders as well as the Top 50 Most Influential Leaders on LinkedIn. Within her freelance professional work she has acted as a Research Consultant, Workshop Facilitator and Keynote Speaker.

Veronicah Gladys Namagembe
Ms. Veronicah Gladys Namagembe is a Doctor of Leadership Candidate and a seasoned microfinance specialist with 21 years hands on experience. She holds a MBA from Durham Business School UK as well as a Masters of Science Finance & Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from Makerere University Business School, Uganda.
At present, she holds the position of Managing Director at Pride Microfinance Ltd. Previous to that, she held the position of Acting Deputy Manager and Head of Operations also at Pride. She has also attended various Executive Leadership, Risk Management, Governance and Strategic Training courses from Harvard Kennedy School, Frankfurt School of Finance, Harvard Business School, London School of Economics, Boulder Microfinance Training and School of Applied Microfinance (Mombasa).
She is an Honorary Fellow with Uganda Institute of Banking & Finance Services. She has served as the National President of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Uganda (AMFIU), a Board Member on Lubiri High School Board and as a Board member of The Uganda Institute of Banking & Financial Services (UIBFS). She is currently a Board member of Uganda Bankers Association representing all supervised Financial institutions under Tier 2 & Tier 3. Professionally, she sits on the board committees for: Risk, Assets & Labilities; Compensation, Human Resource, Administration & Procurement; as well as Strategy and Compliance.

Assinamar Ag Rousmane
Mr. Assinamar Ag Rousmane is a Doctor of Leadership Candidate. He holds a Master in Management from the Ecole Superieure des Technologies et de Management de Bamako as well as a Master in English from the Université d’Alger 2. He also holds a Masters of International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from the Kalu Institute in Spain. Most recently he completed a Diploma in Civil Peace Studies (Intervention Civile de Paix) at the L’Institute Catholic de Paris, France.
He has over 15 years experience in peace negotiations, studies and organizations having supervised 7 projects for PBF and agencies of the United Nations in Mali. He also has worked on the implementation of 6 projects to reduce community violence in the Center and the North (economic recovery, empowerment, social cohesion, DDR awareness, PVE, training of actors, support for agro-pastoralists) on behalf of MINUSMA.
At present, he holds the position of National Coordinator at ONG AZG+HAR in Mali. Previous to this, he acted as a consultant for Non-Violence International Peace Force for the protection of civil peace. Since 2018, he has been a researcher at the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches pour le Développement (CERD) and has acted as Publisher for the “Tribune Paix et Développement” magazine. He is an active member of the Defenders of Human Rights Network (Reseau des Defenseurs des droits de l’homme) and a member of the West African Network for Peace building.

Karthikeyan Chidambaram
Mr. Karthikeyan Chidambaram is a Candidate within the Professional PhD in Info. Technology program. He has 25 years high-end expertise in conduct and interpretation of data analysis in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with strategic analytics in commercial and development settings. He holds a M.Sc. in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology in India and an MBA from Colorado State, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. At present, he holds the position of Executive Director – Head of Data Asset Management at Roche in Basel, Switzerland. Previous to that, he held the position of Global Head, Data and Architecture at Gilead Sciences, California. He has also been the Senior Director of Data Management at Genentech in California. He has also held various positions at AstraZeneca, Amgen, GE Capital and Philips Lighting.
He has sat as the President of Pharma SOS an industry nonprofit association for Commercial Operations professionals. He has presented to National Institute of Health (NIH) at the White House on best polices for patient level data & secured endorsement for the CUPID initiative. He is featured on Pharmaceutical Executive magazine as an “Emerging Pharmaceutical Leader”, is the author of multiple white papers, and has been a speaker within Pharma conferences on patient level data assets and big data.

Gertrude Kazarwa
Ms. Gertrude Kazarwa is a Doctor of Business Administration Candidate. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Maastrict School of Management in The Netherlands. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from the Universite Libre de Kigali in Rwanda as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali.
Ms. Kazarwa has many years of experience in government, NGOs and education. She is the founder and Managing Director of BSFA-Bright Stars Foundation Academy a private primary and nursery school. She has also been a lecturer for Economics at the Kigali Independent University. She has also held the position of Zonal Accountant at World Vision International in Rwanda where she also held the position of Finance Manager for the Development Assistance Program. She also has experience with Moucecore (“Mouvement Chretien pour le Counselling et la Reconciliation”) a local NGO as well with a Community Development Fund financed by USAID based in the Ministry of Local Governance.
From August 2024, Ms. Kazarwa sits as the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Rwanda. Previous to this, she held the responsibility of Senator and Vice Chairperson of Political Affairs and Governance Committee in the Senate of Rwanda.
