As a research focused institution Monarch Business School offers several at distance post-doctoral fellowships and faculty training opportunities to existing Doctoral degree holders.


Monarch Postdoctoral Fellows will engage at distance in a research project jointly decided by the student and the relevant faculty of Monarch Business School. Required output of the Fellowship program is the development and publishing of two academic articles per year: one published within the in-house Monarch Management Review with the second published in a recognized peer-reviewed journal.

Interested Researchers may make their intentions to join the Post-Doctoral Fellowship program known by submitting the Information form below. A member of the Administration will be in contact with you upon receiving the form for further clarification of eligibility. The form must be submitted with a copy of your updated resume or Academic CV, an example of your published work and a copy of your Doctoral dissertation for review of the Administration. Please note that due to the scale of applications for these positions, we shall only reply to applicants who appear to match our faculty research skills and interests.
