It is with great pleasure that the University announces that Dr. Eric Massey, Ph.D. has joined the faculty as Professor of Research and Professor of Management Studies. Dr. Massey holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Organizational Communication from The University of Oklahoma. Dr. Massey has previously held the position of Visiting/Assistant Professor at a number of universities, including: Capella University, California State, The University of Phoenix, The University of Texas and Utah State University. He is also presently a Contributing Faculty Member at Walden University, USA. He has also taught internationally at the Institute for Tourism in Macau, China and at Shinawatra University in Bangkok, Thailand. Professionally, he has held the position of Senior Consultant at two firms. He has also been a reviewer for several academic journals as well as holding the position of Chair on several committees. Dr. Massey is also the recipient of several teaching awards and paper commendations.
Dr. Massey will be working with Doctoral students to assist them in the perfecting of their research proposals for authorization by the university. This is seen as a critical position in the faculty and we are confident that Dr. Massey will be able to motivate and guide his students to be great successes within the program.
