Mr. Ali Mahmood Barakat is a D.Phil. in Business Research Candidate. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain. He also holds a Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute in Bahrain, a Certificate in Accounting from Ernst & Young Bahrain and has completed a Mini MBA program at Oxford Management Center.
At present, he holds the position of Manager of Regulatory Affairs at the Saudi Telecom Company (Viva Bahrain). Previously, he held the position of Manager of Network Infrastructure and Regulatory Affairs at Kalaam Telecom Bahrain. Mr. Barakat has won several awards for outstanding performance including: Award for Best Overall Performer at Kalaam Telecom and a Management Award at VIVA Bahrain.
