Mr. Sifiso Myeni is a Dual PhD / DBA Combined program Candidate. He holds a Master degree in Sustainable Agriculture from the Free State University, SA and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Zululand University in SA. At present, he holds the position of CEO at Agriculture House in South Africa. Previous to this, he held the position of Head of Agribusiness Development at Old Masisizane Fund. He has been a speaker in a number of prestigious knowledge sharing events and business conferences. He has also been a Board Member at Umcebo Trust an Old Mutual Foundation Initiative and at the Old Mutual KZN Provincial Management Board.
He is a results� driven, hand-on person with over 20 years of in-depth technical and business management experience in agribusiness value chain development. Sifiso has designed and implemented a number of successful high developmental impact agri-initiatives aimed at developing small and medium sized agricultural enterprises in South Africa. Some of his work include the Old Mutual Masisizane Fund Flagship Project in the Alfred Nzo and Harry Gwala District and the Communal Estate Development Program (CEDP) of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. He has worked in senior management and executive levels in corporations such as Old Mutual Masisizane Fund as Head of Agribusiness Development, in the Organic Farms Group and South African Sugar Association.
