Dr. Pramela Nair Panthallor holds the position of Director of Alumni Relations at Monarch Business School. She currently, teaches at the post-graduate level at York University?s School of Continuing Studies and the Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Canada. She holds a Doctoral degree in Business Research and an M. Phil. in Information Systems & Technology from Monarch Business School. She also holds an MBA degree from Sikkim Manipal University, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Utkal University, India. Her thesis at Monarch is now a published management book by Springer available on Amazon.

Dr. Panthallor has held positions of faculty member, technological manager, and academic consultant in India, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Suriname, and Canada. The institutions and organizations she has worked at included FHR School of Business, the American University of Central Asia, the Plato University of Management & Design, AIT Systems, and the Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Technology.
