Ms. Mimi Marinela Popa is a Dual PhD / DBA Combined Program Candidate. She holds a MBA from Northhampton University, UK and a M.Sc. in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. She also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Quality & Safety from Harvard Medical School. Ms. Popa has over 30 years in the health and social care sector. At present, she holds the position of Quality Manager at Interhealth Canada, Middle East Office, Dubai. Previous to that, she held the position of Service Manager at United Response in Central Lancashire, UK. She is a Chartered Fellow of CMI. She has been recognized with several awards including: End of Life Gold Status, AGMA Sainsbury Mental health Framework Silver Status, and IIP Investor in People Silver Status.
