It is a pleasure for Monarch to announce that Dr. Emile Kemayou, a graduate of the Monarch Ph.D. Program in 2017, has been recognized for 3 years of consecutive rating of “excellent” for service at the African Development Bank. Dr. Kemayou presently holds the position of Chief Fragility & Resilience Expert at the bank.

To recognize the achievement, Dr. Kemayou is being sponsored by the bank to attend leadership development training organized by the OECD – Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development in collaboration with IE Business School and the Financial Times.  The program concludes at the headquarters of the OECD in Paris.
