Mr. Emmanuel Julius Maro is a Doctor of Leadership Candidate. He holds an MBA from Mzumbe University, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of Dar es Salaam. He also holds a Certificate in Dirtectorship from the Institute of Directors in Tanzania. At present, he holds the position of Regional Tax Manager at the Tanzania Revenue Authority where he previous held the positions of Assistant Regional Manager, District Manager and Tax Officer. Previous to the Tax Authroity, Mr. Maro held the position of Cost Accountant at Barrack North Mara Gold Mine Ltd. He is a Certified Public Accountant with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
