Monarch Business School is happy to announce that Dr. Jamal Al-Zayer has joined the School as Professor of Management. Dr. Al-Zayer holds a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA and Bachelor of Science from King Fahd University, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Al-Zayer is a specialist in operations management and mathematical modelling and has applied his skills to the areas of energy studies and forecasting, simulation and financial analysis. He has been the Director of the MBA program at Ahlia University Bahrain as well as the Chairman of Management & Marketing at Ahlia. He has also held the positions of Adjunct Professor at the University of Brunel, U.K., and Coordinator for the graduate program in Engineering Management with the University of Washington and Alhlia University. He has also held the position of Associate Professor at King Fahd University for Operations Management and Decision Science. Dr. Zayer has also supervised Doctoral candidates at Brunel University.
