Introducing Amineh Khajehpour: Advancing Leadership Through Neuroscience and Global Expertise
Monarch Business School Switzerland is pleased to announce the latest Doctoral Candidate Mrs. Amineh Khajehpour to the Doctor of Leadership program. Amineh brings to the School a remarkable blend of neuroscience-based coaching expertise, senior executive development experience, and a solid foundation in engineering and organizational operations. Her admission strengthens our growing community of practitioner-scholars committed to advancing leadership practice through evidence-based, human-centered research.
Amineh is a Certified Brain Coach and NeuroLeadership Consultant, and the co-founder of Élance Solutions, an international leadership development practice operating across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In this role, she has partnered with C-suite executives and high-performance teams, designing and delivering brain-based programs that enhance conscious decision-making, emotional intelligence, and adaptive leadership. Her work emphasizes transformation through cognitive agility and self-leadership, aligning closely with the doctoral program’s focus on applied knowledge and meaningful professional impact.
Her academic background includes an MBA in International Business from Universiti Putra Malaysia, supported by both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering. This interdisciplinary foundation allows her to integrate analytical rigor with the psychological dimensions of leadership—an approach that is essential for research addressing complex organizational environments. She has also contributed to several international conferences and publications spanning managerial frameworks, organizational performance, and advanced engineering methodologies.
