It is a pleasure for UGSM-Monarch Business School Switzerland to announce that Dr. Julie Beardsell has been appointed to the position of Dean of Academic Standards. In this position Dr. Beardsell is vested with the authority to enforce the academic standards of the university across all programs as determined by the Academic Council. In specific Dr. Beardsell will maintain academic standards with respects to research proposals and final research thesis work.
Dr. Beardsell comes from a research background having completed a D.Phil. in Business Research from UGSM-Monarch and an M.Phil. in Business Research from Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University. She also holds a Postgraduate Diplomas in Marketing, Advertising and Communications from Northumbria University and the London College of Communication. Dr. Beardsell is qualified and experienced in adult education and holds a Certificate in Education (CertEd) from the University of Portsmouth.
