It is with great pleasure that the University announces the graduation of two doctoral candidates. Dr. Hasan Al Fardan (Kingdom of Bahrain) and Dr. Max Wright (South Africa & USA) successfully defended their dissertations on May 5th, 2014 in front of the dissertation committee at the Rapperswil castle in Switzerland. Both graduates were recognized with “Distinction” and awarded the Monarch Silver medal of achievement. The defenses preceded the May Doctoral symposium while the graduation ceremony took place on the 8th of May under sunny skies. The recent graduates were accompanied by many of their program fellows. The ceremony was followed by a wonderful dinner in the castle for all.
