Diploma in Managerial Finance
Develop practical confidence in financial statements, performance interpretation, risk and decision support.
Combine related MMI courses into a focused learning pathway that strengthens practical capability and demonstrates sustained development in a defined area of management practice.
Specialist Diplomas are intended for professionals who want more than a single course but do not presently need a broad general-management programme. Each diploma will bring together a purposeful cluster of MMI courses within one domain, helping participants build depth, connect ideas across courses and carry a clearer area of expertise into professional practice.
Develop practical confidence in financial statements, performance interpretation, risk and decision support.
Connect leadership models with influence, people development, organisational purpose and performance.
Strengthen industry analysis, stakeholder judgement, value creation and strategic decision-making.
Initial diploma titles and their final course combinations remain subject to academic approval. Additional specialist domains will be introduced as the MMI catalogue grows.
Participants will enrol and pay for each course individually, preserving the flexibility and accessibility of the MMI learning model. Successfully completed eligible courses will remain on the participant’s MMI learning record and may be combined towards the relevant Specialist Diploma once its approved requirements have been satisfied.
Begin with one immediate professional need. Continue with related courses when the time is right. Build a coherent specialist achievement without committing to a fixed cohort or campus schedule.
The first diploma pathways are in development. Estimated availability dates and approved course combinations will be published on this page as each pathway is confirmed.
No. Courses are completed individually and at your own pace. Eligible completed courses remain on your MMI learning record.
Where a completed course forms part of an approved diploma pathway, it may be recognised towards that diploma subject to the published requirements.
Professional Membership is not required for individual study. It provides a 10% course-fee discount while current and supports continued engagement with MMI.
