Dr. Richmond Ezenwa Okafor
NIGERIA · DBA IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Drawing on more than twenty-five years of entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Okafor examined digital transformation and horizontal collaboration in Nigeria’s road-freight sector. His research developed a framework to support more efficient, transparent and digitally enabled collaboration among logistics providers, shippers and transport operators.
Dr. Scott Farrell
SOUTH AFRICA · DBA
Dr. Farrell completed his DBA while serving as Group Chief Financial Officer for B. Braun Companies Southern Africa. His research drew on managing a multi-territory healthcare enterprise, examining organisational factors that support financial resilience and strategic transformation in complex corporate environments.
Dr. Allison Ayodeji Aliu
NIGERIA · DUAL PhD / DBA
With nearly two decades of experience in the energy sector, Dr. Aliu investigated strategic options for Nigerian independent energy companies during international divestment. His work developed a framework connecting commercial decisions with stakeholders, sustainability and long-term shared prosperity.
