Dr. Jean-Pierre Sulon is a graduate of the Master and Doctoral program in Applied Leadership from Monarch Business School Switzerland. He is also the recipient of the Director�s Award for his academic achievement within the Executive Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Dr. Sulon is a Certified Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute in the USA and a licensed practitioner in the Insights Discovery and Enneagram assessment instruments.

Dr. Sulon has held various leadership positions in business for over 40 years up to the executive level. His experience spans sales, operations, credit risk management, product management, and IT project and program management culminating in his role as Head of Organisational Development for the technology cluster of a multi-national financial institution. Dr. Sulon�s leadership experience spans retail, SME, corporate, and capital segments of financial services. He played a crucial role in establishing coaching as a professional service at Nedbank Ltd. He has trained several hundred managers to adopt a coaching and mentoring leadership style.
