Dr. Vebina Resuli is a graduate of the Master and Doctor of Philosophy in Education Management program. She holds a Master in Science in Education from the institute of Higher Education in Albania. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New York Tirana as well as a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York. At present, Dr. Resuli is a Lecturer at the University Aleksander Moisiu Durres.
