Dr. Pramela Nair Panthallor is a graduate of the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Research program. She completed her M. Phil. in Information Systems & Technology from Monarch Business School, Switzerland. She holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, India and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Orissa Engineering College, Utkal University, India.

At present, she is working as a Senior Lecturer at FHR School of Business, Suriname, South America. She has experience in teaching undergraduate level courses in Computer science & engineering, Software engineering, and Business management. In the past she worked in the position of Lecturer, Software Engineering department, American University of Central Asia, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. At present, she contributes to Monarch as the Director of the Alumni Association.
