Monarch Participates in the 33rd CEEMAN Annual Conference

Monarch Switzerland is pleased to announce its successful participation in the 33rd CEEMAN Annual Conference, held in Durres, Albania from 24–26 September 2025. The event gathered academic leaders and management-education professionals from across Europe and around the world to explore the evolving role of business schools in today’s rapidly changing environment. Monarch was represented by Dr. Jeffrey Henderson, Dean; Dr. Norman Madarasz, Director of the Monarch Global Research Institute; and Dr. Karina Ochis, Associate Dean of Student Development. Their participation enabled meaningful engagement with colleagues, productive discussions on contemporary challenges in management education, and renewed relationships with institutions across the CEEMAN network.

Monarch Switzerland has been a proud member of CEEMAN since 2013, participating in the association’s ongoing efforts to strengthen global management education and support innovation across academic institutions, including its special IMTA training sessions. This long-standing relationship reflects Monarch’s commitment to remaining connected with European developments in management learning and contributing to collective dialogue on program quality, relevance, and institutional excellence.

Founded in 1993, CEEMAN is an international association of management development institutions dedicated to raising the quality of education in dynamic and emerging economies. Today, the organization encompasses more than 200 members in over 50 countries, including business schools, universities, corporate partners, and leading academic bodies focused on responsible and relevant management development. The annual CEEMAN conference serves as the association’s flagship event, offering a platform for senior academic leaders to discuss global trends, share best practices, and explore strategic innovations in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. This year’s conference also marked an important milestone for Monarch, as the institution formally entered the CEEMAN accreditation process. Attendance provided an ideal opportunity to interact with CEEMAN leadership and member institutions, gaining valuable insight into accreditation expectations and strengthening connections across the European and international management-education community.
