Dr. Gary Keller, Professor of Management at UGSM-Monarch Business School Switzerland and Dr. Rae Weston Executive Director, Arq Indigo Research and Development and Visiting Professor Australian Centre for Integrated Freight Systems Management, Systems Management, School of Enterprise, University of Melbourne have co-authored a research paper entitled: “An Analysis and Evaluation of the Sources of ‘Amenity Conflict’ Between Urban Port Facilities in Australia and New Zealand”.
The paper was recently presented at the 15th annual International Association of Maritime Economists held in Santiago, Chile, October 25th ? 28th. The Conference was held at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean ? ECLAC (the Spanish acronym is CEPAL) and is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations. All papers submitted to the Conference were selected through a two stage peer review process. Drs. Keller and Weston?s paper was one of 100 chosen for presentation and was part of the Conference Proceedings. Dr. Keller was one of 5 American professors whose paper was selected for presentation.
