Mr. Shafii Ndanusa is a PhD in Economics candidate. He holds an MBA in Finance from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. At present, he holds the position of Assistant Director, Human Capital and Administration at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). He has held several previous positions at the NCC including; Project Lead: In-House Knowledge-Based Teams, Focal Officer: Telecom Sector Investments, Programme Lead: African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) Desk, Head: Risk Management and Operational Audit Unit, Head: Financial Audit Unit, ICT Projects Manager: Universal Service Provision Fund, and Finance Manager: Universal Service Provision Fund. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, in addition to membership of several other professional bodies.
