Darrell Lines is an experienced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) professional with over fifteen years of leadership experience across the global energy sector. He currently serves as Operations Director at Integrity HSE, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, oversees consultancy services, and supports organizations in embedding robust risk management and compliance frameworks. His career spans senior roles with organizations such as Noble Drilling, Shelf Drilling, and Rowan Drilling, where he has operated at regional and hemispheric levels, managing complex safety systems, regulatory engagement, emergency response preparedness, and enterprise risk governance.

Holding an MSc in Health, Safety & Risk Management from Robert Gordon University, Darrell combines applied industry expertise with academic engagement, serving as a guest lecturer and keynote speaker in risk management and safety leadership. His professional focus centers on continuous improvement, human factors, and the integration of safety-critical systems into organizational strategy. 

Through the Doctor of Management program, he seeks to deepen his executive and scholarly capacity to contribute meaningfully to organizational resilience, leadership decision-making, and stakeholder value creation in high-risk industries.

Darrell also is a guest lecturer at Robert Gordon University in Scotland as well as being a Guest Lecturer for Risk Management in Under Graduates for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
