Ms. Cynthia Pillay is a Doctor of Leadership Candidate. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Durban, South Africa. At present, she is an independent consultant with Luona Consultants in South Africa. Previous to that, she held the position of Group Head of Human Resources at Real People South Africa. She is a member of the Institute on Personnel Management as well as a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Association. She is the recipient of the Kellogg’s Bursary and the University Of Durban-Westville Graduate Scholarship as well as the NRF Scholarship.
