Mr. Andrew Lajul Kilama is a Doctor of Business Research (Economics & Finance) Candidate. He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, Institute of International Finance in the UK, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Accounting from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. He is also a graduate of the Management Development Program of the University of South Africa, School of Business Leadership, Midrand, South Africa. In addition, he holds several professional qualifications, including a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Mr. Kilama also obtained an Accredited Financial Analyst status by examination of the Institute of Financial Management of America. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kalangala Infrastructure Services Ltd, a multi-utility PPP project at Lake Victoria Bugala Island in the Republic of Uganda, East Africa.
