The Monarch Research Paper Series (MRPS) of Monarch Business School Switzerland provides a platform for the publication and circulation of faculty and student research within the applied management disciplines. As part of Monarch Switzerland’s broader mission as a Global Doctoral Institute of Advanced Management Studies, the MRPS represents the applied research arm of Monarch  Business School (MBS).
