CAM is designed as an accessible first chartered rank. It recognises members who are strengthening their professional breadth, developing a clear Primary Practice Domain and seeking recognised standing at the start of their chartered pathway.

Who it is for
Members developing management capability, early-career managers, programme leaders, consultants and professionals moving into broader responsibility.
What you complete
AMP learning, membership and ethics requirements, professional development, resume and Primary Practice Domain evidence, followed by formal review.
Your progression
Register before, during or after AMP. Early registration provides immediate access to the 12.5% member course discount and begins the pathway to CPM.

In-company managers, management consultants, professional advisers, nonprofit managers, programme leaders and professional coaches.
What you demonstrate
Advanced education, ethics and practice alignment, an applied management or consulting case, supporting evidence and professional review.
Your progression
Maintain CPM standing through continuing learning and ethical practice. After the required tenure, CPM holders may progress toward Fellowship.

Fellow of the MMI
Demonstrate your scholarship. Enter the College of Fellows.
Fellowship is MMI’s pre-eminent professional distinction for practising managers. It recognises sustained standing, advanced scholarship, applied contribution and mature professional judgement.
A place in the College of Fellows—and a commitment to stewardship.
Who it is for
Accomplished managers, consultants, advisers, academic-practitioners, programme leaders and coaches ready to contribute at MMI’s highest level.
What you demonstrate
CPM tenure, substantial experience, Fellow-standard scholarship, three applied professional cases, references and formal review.
Continuing contribution
Fellows sustain learning, scholarship, external engagement and MMI service. CPM is retained while both standings remain in good order.
Fellow of the Monarch Management Institute (FMI)
Successful applicants may use the FMI post-nominal and become members of the MMI College of Fellows.
