With more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership and consulting, Dr. Ashish Thomas has had the opportunity to work alongside respected names such as Deloitte, PWC, PayPal, and Cognizant. His journey took a unique turn when he was entrusted with the role of establishing a U.S. company’s subsidiary in India. What began as a solo venture for Dr. Thomas eventually grew into a dedicated 15-member team. His role further evolved when he became the Global Innovation Officer, giving him insights and leadership opportunities in diverse markets, including the Philippines, China, and Singapore. Dr. Thomas is also the CEO of Rethink Solutions.

Dr. Thomas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Innovation, a Doctor of Business Administration and M.Phil. in Business Research from Monarch Business School Switzerland. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Management from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Science. He has completed a certificate in Design Thinking.  He is also dedicating time to “InnoWAYtion,” a book that mirrors his academic pursuits.
