Dr. Samuel Mwaura is a Doctor of Economics graduate. He holds a Master in Development Studies from the University of the Free State and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nairobi. He is an expert on providing consulting support & improvement for the institutional capacity building of NAO office, Line Ministries & implementing agencies to enhance the delivery of the Government?s Development Strategy.
