Dr. Ibtisam Hasan is a graduate of the Doctor of Applied Management program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Newcastle, UK and a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, UK. At present she works at the Kuwait Central Blood Bank within the Quality Management as a Continuous Education Coordinator.
