Governance & Academic Board

Monarch Switzerland operates under the oversight of a combined Governing and Academic Board, which holds ultimate responsibility for the School’s strategic direction, academic quality, and institutional integrity.

The Board ensures that all programs offered by Monarch remain consistent with the Monarch’s mission as a Doctoral Institute of Advanced Management Studies, integrating scholarly rigor with ethical and professional relevance.

Members of the Board include senior faculty and administrators who meet on a regular basis in Switzerland to review program content, research standards, and institutional policy. The Board also advises the President on academic planning, quality assurance, and the continued development of Monarch’s research and doctoral programs.

Through this structure, Monarch maintains clear academic accountability and institutional coherence across all of its programs.
