Professor Konstantinos Maliakas holds the position of Professor of Management. Professor Maliakas holds an M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Project Management Institute in the United States and officially registered as an international Project Manager Professional and a Balanced Scorecard Professional with George Washington University and The Balanced Scorecard Institute.

Prof. Maliakas� academic interest focus on knowledge transfer within organizations, succession planning and organizational sustainability. He is exclusively interested in advising businesses on how to maintain long-term sustainability and achieve seamless operational excellence.

During his professional career, Professor Maliakas held Director and senior management positions within the Telecommunication, IT, Banking, Air Traffic Control Systems sectors with a variety of global corporate organizations, such as Emirates Advanced Investments in UAE, Motorola, Inc., Ericsson-LG, Nokia, Siemens, Alenia and Telettra. He is an ambassador of The Project Management Professional discipline and contributor to the Project Management Institute Standards of PMBOK�, Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3�) and other PMI guides.
