Dr Ignatius Odongo is an accomplished academic, researcher, and consultant with a distinguished career spanning two decades across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He currently serves as a Lecturer in Business at Birmingham City University (UK), where he teaches Entrepreneurship, Creative Problem Solving, International Business, Global Management, and Research Methodology. He also supervises undergraduate and doctoral research projects, mentoring the next generation of scholars and practitioners.
Dr Odongo earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Entrepreneurship from Monarch Business School in 2022. He is also a Research Associate and External Examiner at Monarch Business School. His academic background is complemented by professional fellowships, including the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM).
His research interests span entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, socio-economic development, microenterprise development, public health, governance, and public policy.
