Dr. Kennedy

Professor of Organizational Neuroscience

Dr. Justin Kennedy holds the position of Professor of Organisational Neuroscience at Monarch Business School Switzerland and is the Director of the Monarch Organizational Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Kennedy holds a D.Prof. in Organisational Research from Monarch Business School Switzerland as well as a Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa. He is an Affiliate Professor and supervisor of PhD candidates at Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK, an academic researcher and author at Chester University, UK, as well as Lecturer at the Canadian University, Dubai.

Dr. Kennedy�s academic interests focus on organizational responsibility and the opportunity to improve well-being so that performance flourishes. He is uniquely interested in neuroeconomics and the role of social and behavioural neuroscience at work.

Dr. Kennedy has spoken at TED and published �BRAIN REBOOT� about his personal story from being in a coma and his journey to becoming a professor at Monarch Business School. He is a registered Behavioral Neuro-Analyst in Dubai, an organizational neuroscientist, and executive coach certified by Marshall Goldsmith�s Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is the founding professor at the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience in Australia. Dr. Kennedy has consulted to various internationally operating companies, such as Shell, Toyota, Brinks, Citi Bank and Barclays.
