Dr. González is a dual-doctorate graduate of Monarch Business School, Switzerland, whose
research sits at the intersection of organizational and cognitive neuroscience, leadership,
identity, and human development. Her doctoral research examines how identity, emotional
regulation, cognition, and organizational context interact during leadership transitions.
Her work integrates perspectives from organizational and cognitive neuroscience, leadership
theory, adult development, and systems thinking to examine how individuals and
organizations adapt to complex transitions. Her research contributes to the development of
neuroscience-informed theoretical frameworks for understanding leadership, identity
transformation, and adaptive behavior in organizational environments.
With more than three decades of leadership experience across corporate, consulting, and
learning and development environments, Dr. González connects interdisciplinary research
with organizational practice. Her current scholarly focus is the development of Neuroadaptive
Leadership Transition Theory (NLTT) and the Neuro-Integrative Adaptive Leadership
Transition (NIALT) Framework, which examine the cognitive, emotional, identity, and systemic
processes involved in leadership transition.
