Mrs. Amineh Khajehpour joins the Doctor of Leadership program with more than 15 years of international experience at the intersection of neuroscience-based coaching, executive leadership, and advanced engineering. A Certified Brain Coach and NeuroLeadership Consultant, she is the co-founder of Élance Solutions, a global leadership development practice operating across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Her work focuses on helping senior leaders enhance decision-making, emotional intelligence, and cognitive agility through evidence-based, brain-centric developmental interventions. Amineh has supported C-suite leaders and competitive organizations in designing and implementing bespoke transformation programs grounded in self-leadership and conscious performance.
Her professional background spans both technical and managerial domains, including roles as a Research Assistant at the Graduate School of Management at Universiti Putra Malaysia and leadership positions in the telecommunications sector, where she oversaw network operations and led R&D innovation initiatives. She holds an MBA in International Business from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering, respectively. This multidisciplinary foundation enables her to bridge analytical rigor with human-centered development—a unique combination that aligns strongly with the ethos of the Doctor of Leadership program.
Amineh is also an active contributor to scholarly work, having presented research on managerial frameworks, organizational performance, and advanced engineering methods at international conferences. Fluent in Persian and English, she currently resides in Bali and continues to expand her practice in cross-cultural leadership, organizational transformation, and high-stakes team alignment. Her combination of academic capability, cross-sector experience, and neuroscience expertise will be a valuable addition to the learning community.
