Mr. Stephen Masha Ngowa is a Professional PhD Candidate. He has 24 years of cross-sector experience in finance and financial policy formulation. He holds a Master in Science in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Kenyatta University, Kenya. He also holds a CPA designation from Strathmore University in Kenya. Professionally, he holds the position of Deputy Controller of Budget for the Government of Kenya. Previous to that he held the position of Director for County Fiscal Affairs for the Government of Kenya. In the past, he also held the position of Regional Chief Financial Analyst for USAID. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.
