Hudson Maila

Mr. Maila Hudson is a Dual PhD / DOAL Combined Program Candidate. He holds an Master of Management in Business & Executive Coaching from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and both a Master of Technology in Public Management and an Honours Bachelor of Administration from The University of South Africa (UNISA). At present, he holds the position of Senior Human Resource Manager at Rand Water where he drives the strategic focus of the Human Resource initiatives. Previous to that, he held the position of Lead Facilitator and Acting Director of Human Resource Development at the National Department of Public Works. His management career has spanned over 20 years in HR roles. He also holds certificates in Coaching Learners (NQF level 3) and Mentoring Colleagues (NQF level 4) obtained from Mentornet. He is also a member of COMENSA-Coaching and Mentoring South Africa and the Institute of Directors South Africa.
