Dr. Donald Oxford York is a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Graduate. He has 18 years of experience in the health care industry having worked in the operating and emergency room environments of several hospitals as a respiratory and anesthesia technologist. He is also a Research Fellow of the Heart & Stroke foundation of Canada. Dr. York is also a McGill University Mentor for Undergraduate and Graduate Students pursing health care related fields and seeking personal development. During his health care career he has been responsible for actively supporting patients on a day-to-day basis with respects to elderly and in-home care. Dr. York is also an active basic and advanced life support instructor and certified first responder. He holds a B.Sc. from McGill University and an M.Phil. and D.Phil. in Business Research from UGSM-Monarch Business School.
