Mr. Arinaitwe Rwakajara is a Doctor of Business Administration Candidate. He holds a MBA from Monarch Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Makerere University in Uganda. He also holds a Diploma in Labour Studies from The Labour College of East Africa. He has also completed the Board Leadership Program the Gordon Institute of Business Science and received training in global challenges facing Trade Unions at University of Kassel in Germany. At present, he is a member of Parliament in Uganda representing workers and is a Parliamentary Commissioner. He has sat as Vice-Chairperson on the Gender, Labour and Social Development Committee. Has also held the positions of Chairman on the Kiruhura Workers League, Board Member of the National Social Security Fund and Housing Finance Bank.
