He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from King’s College London as well as a M.Sc. from Sheffield Hallam University. Prior to this Dr. Bevan was a professional businessman with over 30 years experience in business development in the U.S. and U.K. Professor Bevan is presently teaching at the University of Hong Kong and supervising doctoral students at the Alliance Lyon Grenoble Business School. He has held visiting faculty professorships, including posts at: DePaul University in Chicago, Kingston Business School UK, HEC Paris, King’s College London, and Royal Holloway/University of London International.

Dean of Student Development & Professor of Leadership & Organizational BehaviourDr. Donald Oxford York holds the position of Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behaviour at Monarch Business School. He also holds the positions of Dean of Student Development and the position of Director of the Monarch Center for Research On Leadership. Dr. York is an active health care professional instructor holding numerous certifications as well as holding the position of Fellow of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. He currently teaches Critical Care and Life Support procedures to new M.D.s during their residency periods. Professor York holds a D.Phil. in Business Research degree with distinction from Monarch Business School Switzerland where he also earned a Master of Philosophy in Business Research with distinction. He holds a B.A. in Behavioral Neuropsychology from McGill University in Montreal where he also completed a Graduate Diploma in Leadership. Presently, he is completing a Master of Arts in Spirituality & Couselling at the University of St-Paul, a college of the University of Ottawa.

Professor of Real Estate & Tourism StudiesDr. Christos Antoniou is the ESRC/FME Fellow in International Business at The Centre For International Business of the University of Leeds. Dr. Antoniou holds the position Professor of Tourism and Real Estate Studies. Dr. Antoniou holds a Ph.D. from The University of Bradford (U.K.) as well as a M.A. in Entrepreneurship and Competitive Strategy from The University of Reading (U.K.). Dr. Antoniou has extensive experience in the private tourism industry that spans several decades as well as professional experience in real estate development.
Qudrat-Ullah-150-175 Prof. Dr. Hassan Qudrat-Ullah, Ph.D.
Professor of Statistics & ManagementDr. Hassan Qudrat-Ullah holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Management Studies at Monarch Business School Switzerland. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an M.Phil. in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen in Norway. He also holds a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from B.Z. University, Multan, Pakistan and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. Dr. Qudrat-Ullah completed his post-doctoral training at Carnegie-Mellon University, USA. At present, he is an Associate Professor of Management at York University in Toronto, Canada. He has also held visiting or adjunct professorships at: King Fahd University Saudi Arabia, Konkuk University Korea, Walden University USA, Durham University UK, University of Liverpool UK, University of Surrey UK, the National University Singapore, University of Chicago Singapore, and the University of Bergen Norway.

Professor of Real Estate & Urban EconomicsDr. Greg Keogl holds the position of Professor of Real Estate and Urban Economics at Monarch Business School Switzerland. He holds a Doctor of Management from Monarch Business School and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Koegl is an active real estate professional having held several management positions within the Canadian real estate industry, including such notable companies as: Marathon Realty (Canadian Pacific), Alexis Nihon Corporation, Terravon Developments and Koebra Development Corp. During his professional career Dr. Koegl has participated in the development, acquisition and management of over $1 billion in real estate assets. Professor Dr. Koegl is a seasoned academic having taught real estate finance and urban economics at McGill university to B.Comm. and MBA students for over a decade. He has held several Director and/or Committee positions including: MUHC Hospital Real Estate Board, The Canadian Ski Marathon and with The McGill Redmen Hockey Program.
Prof. Anastasiia Lutsenko
Prof. Anastasiia Lutsenko is Ph.D. Candidate at Monarch Business School and Professor of Management. She holds Masters of Philosophy in Business Research from Monarch Business School. Prof. Lutsenko also holds a Masters in Management with Honours and a Bachelor in Management with Honours from the National Technical University of Ukraine, the “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”. She has published over 10 publications in the fields of marketing, human resource management, project and innovations management, has won number of international academic scholarships and awards including Monarch Business School Dean’s Scholarship, The Marketing Trust Scholarship, DAAD Scholarship and Erasmus Mundus Consortium Scholarship.

Associate Dean of the Faculty & Professor of ManagementDr. Francois Volschenk holds the position Associate Dean of the Faculty and Professor of Management at Monarch Business School Switzerland. His +20 year professional experience is in product design, management, innovation, strategy, financial modelling and business consulting. Dr. Volschenk holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Monarch Business School Switzerland, a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with distinction from University of Pretoria. Dr. Volschenk has been a lecturer at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He is passionate about the mentoring and coaching of people that enables individuals to grow in constant pursuit of their potential. His personal motto is “a day without learning is a day without living”.
