Coaching is a conversation for self-actualisation, the universal language of growth and change. In learning to master the art of coaching, we effectively rewire our brains to shift away from living life in constant reaction to circumstances, to a way of life lived from vision and possibility. Whether you do this for yourself or for your profession, it will create profound shifts in your life as a whole. This program brings together the latest trends in coaching coupled with a deeply transformational process. It encompasses three critical development areas: a theoretical exploration to broaden your awareness of the system you are impacting; a practical component to develop coaching mastery, and a deeply personal self-development journey, in a platform that enables you to fit this into your life.
