Business Research is the process of gathering and analyzing information to develop solutions to a variety of issues that contemporary businesses, non-governmental organizations and government agencies face. The process of how to frame a problem; select the methodology and data gathering tools, choose the appropriate statistical test to evaluate the data and draw conclusions from the process falls under Business Research. The outcome from the program is to enable the student to conduct reliable research about a variety of unknown problems and situations the student will face during their career.

Candidates undertake research in their area of interest employing domain specific knowledge coupled with research techniques in an attempt to contribute to the scholarship within their chosen field. The research will make an important contribution to both the academic and professional field and make be useful for business, NGOs and government agencies. Any field of management study can be included under the domain of “Business Research”.
