Dr. Henderson holds the positions of Dean of the Faculty. Before assuming the position of Dean at Monarch Dr. Henderson was an affiliate professor at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. Dr. Henderson has also been a lecturer for real estate finance within the Faculty of Management at McGill University, Montreal, as well as a guest lecturer for Corporate Social Responsibility at both the European School of Management, the University of Monaco and the London School of Business and Finance. Dr. Henderson returned to the academic field after a 20 year professional career in real estate development having held Vice-President positions at: Bentall Capital, Brookfield Properties, Kolter Properties and KPMG Canada LLP.
Prof. Dr. Donald Oxford York, D.Phil.
Dean of Student Development & Assistant Dean Of The Faculty
Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behaviour
Dr. Donald Oxford York holds the position of Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behaviour at Monarch Business School. He also holds the positions of Assistant Dean of the Faculty, Dean of Student Development and the position of Director of the Monarch Center for Research On Leadership. Dr. York is an active health care professional instructor holding numerous certifications as well as holding the position of Fellow of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. He currently teaches Critical Care and Life Support procedures to new M.D.s during their residency periods. Professor York holds a D.Phil. in Business Research degree with distinction from Monarch Business School Switzerland where he also earned a Master of Philosophy in Business Research with distinction. He holds a B.A. in Behavioral Neuropsychology from McGill University in Montreal where he also completed a Graduate Diploma in Leadership. Presently, he is completing a Master of Arts in Spirituality & Couselling at the University of St-Paul, a college of the University of Ottawa.
Prof. Dr. Christos Antoniou, Ph.D.
Professor of Real Estate & Tourism Studies
Dr. Christos Antoniou is the ESRC/FME Fellow in International Business at The Centre For International Business of the University of Leeds. Dr. Antoniou holds the position Professor of Tourism and Real Estate Studies. Dr. Antoniou holds a Ph.D. from The University of Bradford (U.K.) as well as a M.A. in Entrepreneurship and Competitive Strategy from The University of Reading (U.K.). Dr. Antoniou has extensive experience in the private tourism industry that spans several decades as well as professional experience in real estate development.
Dr. Hassan Qudrat-Ullah holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Management Studies at Monarch Business School Switzerland. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an M.Phil. in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen in Norway. He also holds a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from B.Z. University, Multan, Pakistan and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. Dr. Qudrat-Ullah completed his post-doctoral training at Carnegie-Mellon University, USA. At present, he is an Associate Professor of Management at York University in Toronto, Canada. He has also held visiting or adjunct professorships at: King Fahd University Saudi Arabia, Konkuk University Korea, Walden University USA, Durham University UK, University of Liverpool UK, University of Surrey UK, the National University Singapore, University of Chicago Singapore, and the University of Bergen Norway.
Dr. Greg Koegl, D.Mgmt.
Professor of Real Estate & Urban Economics
Dr. Keogl holds the position of Professor of Real Estate and Urban Economics at Monarch Business School Switzerland. He holds a Doctor of Management from Monarch Business School and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Koegl is an active real estate professional having held several management positions within the Canadian real estate industry, including such notable companies as: Marathon Realty (Canadian Pacific), Alexis Nihon Corporation, Terravon Developments and Koebra Development Corp. During his professional career Dr. Koegl has participated in the development, acquisition and management of over $1 billion in real estate assets. Professor Dr. Koegl is a seasoned academic having taught real estate finance and urban economics at McGill university to B.Comm. and MBA students for over a decade. He has held several Director and/or Committee positions including: MUHC Hospital Real Estate Board, The Canadian Ski Marathon and with The McGill Redmen Hockey Program.
