Prof. Anastasiia Lutsenko is Ph.D. Candidate at Monarch Business School and Professor of Management. She holds Masters of Philosophy in Business Research from Monarch Business School. Prof. Lutsenko also holds a Masters in Management with Honours and a Bachelor in Management with Honours from the National Technical University of Ukraine, the “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”.

Since 2010, she has held part-time lectureships at the NTUU “KPI” in Marketing studies and performed as Scientific Editor for Alexander von Humboldt Club (Germany, Ukraine). She has worked as an Executive Project Manager at the International Relations Department of the Institute for Publishing and Printing as well as a served as a Deputy Director of the HORIZON2020 National Contact Point. She has published over 10 publications in the fields of marketing, human resource management, project and innovations management, has won number of international academic scholarships and awards including Monarch Business School Dean’s Scholarship, The Marketing Trust Scholarship, DAAD Scholarship and Erasmus Mundus Consortium Scholarship. She also holds the Outstanding Student Leadership Award from Monarch Business School.

Presently, she is working as a grant consultant and project manager with the HORIZON2020 Program and other European Grant Programs for the TERGA Consulting (Sweden) and NTUU “KPI”. She is a reviewer at the Middle East Journal of Management (Iran). Prof. Lutsenko has gained experience in the managing of grants within the 7th Framework Program and HORIZON2020 run by the European Commission, projects sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) as well as of working on a project for the WILEY Publishing House.

Her fields of academic interests include corporate entrepreneurial orientation, human resource management practices, organizational learning mechanisms, software development industry, innovations management and international business.
