Prof. Anastasiia Lutsenko, Ph.D. in International Business Candidate has presented her research (as a single author research note) at the Continuous Innovation Network 18th Annual Conference “Digitalization and innovation: designing the organization of the future”, which took place at the Potsdam University, Potsdam, Germany between the dates 10-12 September 2017. The topic of her presentation was “Human Resource Management Practices and Entrepreneurial Orientation: Evidence from the Software Engineering Industry in Ukraine”.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for research collaboration and mentoring of emerging tourism researchers in order to share their research experience. The organising committee invites scholars from tourism studies and the wider social sciences to join. Papers can be submitted for two categories: thesis/dissertations and research papers.
